Meet the Chef!

Nelly Dubois Leduc was introduced to cooking at an early age by her mother and grandmother. After starting her career as a press relations manager for a large corporation, she decided to return to her first passion.
A long journey through Eastern Europe, Asia, Oceania, Latin America and South Africa gave her the opportunity to learn new culinary techniques, particularly in Turkey, Cambodia and Bali. On her return to Paris, she opened a restaurant with a group of fellow travellers. Determined to continue her training and still keen to travel, she moved to the United States a few years later to work with chef John Sundstrom (James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef in the Northwest).
Back in Paris in 2024, she created Taste & Teach.
